Community Outreach

At Milwaukie Presbyterian Church, we believe in giving back some of the good fortune God has provided us. We are active contributors to Habitat For Humanities, and help build houses offered by that worthy program. Here is a photographic example of some of our members helping with a church construction project in Alaska. What a rewarding experience.

	It takes more that mortar to build a church. In this case it took a lot of wood, and helping hands. Now, this really is a labor of love.
	"Bill, I thought you went after more nails, instead you come back with a camera. What's that all about?"
	Food after a good day's work. Presbyterians always seem to enjoy a good meal. It's almost as if having a working kitchen is nearly as important as a sanctuary.
